I'm a tubby asian girl that's been tubby all her life. My motivation is fueled by anger and bitterness from being burned by boys and girls alike. My journey to have that ideal body is going to be fucking bloody hard but i will do it. And take what is mine. Its going to be worth it.

Min: 4 times a week.

Pump
Max: 5 times a week
Min: 2 times a week.

DISBELIEF.

I guess all the working out AND eating ‘flat-belly’ foods is working.
That said, i dont really notice THAT big of a difference.
MEEH. THE SCALE SAYS DIFFERENTLY.
So bloody excited.
